Concept: Cultivation and use of tropical lumber for building, furniture production, and arts and crafts.
Existence: Population of cultivated and grown trees: 58300 pieces. Simple house for the manager.
Additional incomes: Production and sales of charcoal, honey, and seeds as well as Eucalyptus oil.
Net yield with extensive management is 16-25%, with intensive management approx.. 33-66% of the selling price.

Access from La Cantera or Rio San Juan to go inland is by a good natural road, partly asphalted. It is approximately 10 minutes to the farm with good long views of the surrounding landscape.
